We’d also recommend follow-up audits, approximately six months apart, to help benchmark your progress and keep you on track. Or, if priorities change — for example, by securing additional funding or changing your business strategy — we can help you redirect your focus and drive greater progress.

  • The follow-up audit allows critical comparison to see how well your roadmap is being delivered — whether that’s by you, or us. We’ll understand how your people, teams, and the organisational structure as a whole is moving forward to achieve your growth goals. Or, if progress has stalled, enable a much-needed shift in focus to get things moving again. So, while it’s not mandatory, it’s extremely beneficial.

  • Approximately six months apart is the sweet spot. It’s long enough to allow results to show, yet soon enough to action any necessary strategic changes.

  • Our people diagnostic tool effectively measures the ‘health’ of internal teams and individuals — covering a range of categories including leadership, capacity, skillset, and more. Each team of function is scored by their leadership team member, and ranked according to a set scoring criteria. With this, we can identify any issues or successes on a company-wide basis, and build them into a targeted six-month roadmap.
